ESN Trento organises trips during every semester (one or more, depending on the vibe they are feeling). The aim of such journeys is to travel to the most exiting and fun events or to historical and cultural attractions all over the Trentino region and Italy. Always keeping the best prices.
Where do we usually go? We sure never run out of creativity. We offer a wide range of trips. For example rafting experiences, barbecues, or visits to the modern arts museum of Rovereto.
The best trips are the overnight ones (seriously, do you think it wouldn't be a blast?). On these we usually meet up with erasmus studying in the city we are visiting, and go out having fun with them. when we go to Padova we hang out with ESN Padova, if it's Siena there's ESN Siena! Always someone there to party with.
Our traditional trips are:
- Innsbruck with it's distinguished Christmas markets and the cute Christmas atmosphere all around town.
- Mantova, which is a city of the arts next to the Garda lake and Verona.
Here we visit the old city, the Palazzo Ducale, and all of the best shops up town - Siena and San Gimignano,a very old and traditional town in the heart of the nice region of Tuscany, famous for its wines and its food traditions
- Venice, the most beautiful city in Italy, with its tiny streets and huge buildings, Piazza San Marco and all of its wonders. There is also the possibility of visiting the Peggy Guggenheim museum.
- Padova, one of the biggest cities of the Veneto region, with one of the oldest universities of Italy.
- Bolzano, city on the border line with Austria, very nice in winter.
