To become a buddy you have to fill in an online form, where you will put personal data, spoken languages, preferences on the Erasmus student (facutly, country of  origin and spoken language) and the period of availability.
 

Once you have send your application, ESN will keep you informed on the development of the project until you will receive the data of an Erasmus student, his/her e-mail adresse and phone number. At the same time we will inform the Erasmus student that you will be his/her buddy, writing your name, your e-mail adresse and your phone number. From that moment on you can contact the Erasmus student, in order to plan how to welcome him/her and how to support him/her according to his/her needs.

The project usually starts in july and ends at the end of august for the incoming students of the first semester. Moreover, it may be repeated in december-january for the incoming students of the second semester.
