Deadline
The deadline for registering to ESNow 2010 is 15th of February 2010. The registration will officially open after the 25th of January.
How to register?
The registration process must be done through an Italian ESN Section, typically the one of the city where you are currently studying.
The steps to sign-up correctly are the following ones:
- Go to your ESN Section
- Fill in the registration form (see below to download it)
- Pay your fee
After these simple steps you are PRE REGISTERED to ESNow 2010. In order to enter the participant list, ESN Trento needs to approve your registration. ESN Trento will communicate directly with your ESN section in order to handle the sign-up process and make it as smooth as possible. Once you have been approved, you are officially a participant of ESNow 2010.
If you a member of ESN International coming from a section outside Italy, contact directly ESN Trento in order to pre-register to the event.
ESN Trento will accept name changes until February 15th. We reserve us the right to evaluate eventual name changes after that date and to evaluate also the feasibility of all eventual reimboursments asked by participants.
No refund of participation fee will be given after March 2nd.
