What is AIESEC?

Present in over 110 countries and territories and with over 60,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest student-run organization. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today.

What does AIESEC do?

Our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society.

We do this also through offering access to our international database of internship, created by our 4.000 partners (ranging from global organizations such as Microsoft, DHL and Procter&Gamble, to small, local companies).

These internships opportunities are of two types:

• Global Internship Program

AIESEC Global Internships are the most intense learning experience that we offer and link together our global network. Each year, we provide over 10,000 students and recent graduates with the challenging opportunity to live and work in foreign countries in areas of management, information technology, education, and development.

• Global Communities Development Program

Volunteer abroad for 6 – 12 weeks to make a positive impact on society, add valuable experience to your CV, develop your skills and discover a new culture. Make the most out of your summer, gain employable skills and experience the things that matter with AIESEC's Global Community Development!  It’s more than just an overseas experience. 

Partnership AIESEC Trento-ESN Trento:

Thanks to the convention signed between AIESEC Trento and ESN Trento, ESN card holders* and Erasmus students have now the opportunity to take part in our Internship Programs with a reduced cost of 70€!
